    An Authorized Service Center in your area may also be able to perform Warranty Service for you.  A list of Authorized Service Centers can be found by clicking HERENOTE:  You can expect to pay a labor charge to the Authorized Service Center Dealer for the crossbow repair even if the parts are covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty and sent to the Dealer at no charge.  

    If your bow is coming to TenPoint for service, be sure to check your email inbox or spam folder for updates that may require authorizations from you, that if not confirmed will hold up your repair. Once your repair is completed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
