While new TenPoint crossbow purchases come with a Limited Lifetime Operational Warranty, TenPoint’s Elite Warranty upgrades this standard warranty to a full, “No Questions Asked” 5-year warranty, which covers all issues and damages, including those induced by improper operation of the crossbow.
- The Elite Warranty must be purchased within 30 days of crossbow purchase, and is not available to buy at a later time.
- The Elite Warranty is only applicable to original owner of crossbow and is not transferrable.
- The Elite Warranty is not available on Certified Pre-Owned models.
- The Elite Warranty is for repairs only – no crossbow exchanges or replacement will be issued.
This warranty does not cover:
- Freight costs into Tenpoint
- Labor charges if taken to an authorized service center location
- Routine string and cable changes
