NOTE:  You can expect to pay a labor charge to the Authorized Service Center Dealer for the crossbow repair even if the parts are covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty and sent to the Dealer at no charge.
 
Please fill out our Return Authorization Form online by clicking HERE. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number displayed on the outside of the shipping container.  Please have the crossbow serial number available when contacting the Customer Experience Team.

TENPOINT CROSSBOW TECHNOLOGIES AND WICKED RIDGE LIMITED LIFETIME OPERATIONAL WARRANTY

Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations outlined below, TenPoint Crossbow Technologies and Wicked Ridge Crossbows guarantees its crossbows against defects in materials and workmanship that adversely affect the operation of the crossbow for the lifetime of the original owner, except for the bow limbs, scope, and cocking devices, which are warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase, and strings and cables, which are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty only becomes effective if activated by the purchaser within 30 days of the purchase date by completing the warranty registration online or by contacting our Customer Experience Department at 330-628-9245. TenPoint Crossbow Technologies and Wicked Ridge Crossbows reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to accept proof of purchase in lieu of a complete warranty registration.

Effective 2022, in the case of refurbished crossbows, the warranty is as follows:

  • TenPoint Crossbows – 3- year maximum warranty for refurbished crossbows.
  • Wicked Ridge – 1 – year maximum warranty for refurbished crossbows.

All warranty/repair returns are to be coordinated directly between the consumer and TenPoint Crossbow Technologies and Wicked Ridge Crossbows. To make a claim under this warranty, call our Customer Experience Department at 330-628-9245 or complete a Return Authorization (RA)

request form at www.tenpointcrossbows.com > Support > Warranty Info > Return Authorization Form for a Return Authorization Number. TenPoint Crossbow Technologies and Wicked Ridge Crossbows will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Authorization Number displayed on the outside of the shipping container. Include your name, address, daytime phone number, and a brief description of the claim inside the package. Insure your shipment and send it prepaid via the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.

Limitations of Warranty

The warranty will be void if any of the following occur:

  1. The instructions in the owner’s manual are not followed.
  2. The crossbow or any of its parts or accessories are altered from their original state (including the use of non-factory strings and/or cables).
  3. The GripSafety is disabled and/or safety wings removed.
  4. Damage is caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect.
  1. Damage is caused by dry-firing use of incorrect or improperly seated/misaligned nocks, or by using underweight arrows (lighter than recommended in the owner’s manual).
  2. The crossbow is rented or loaned for use by others by a retailer, wholesaler, or shooting range operator, or other commercial business organization, whether or not a fee is charged for its use.

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

The sole and exclusive remedy pursuant to this warranty is the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) at the sole discretion of TenPoint Crossbow Technologies and Wicked Ridge Crossbows. Parts determined to be unsafe will not be returned with the repaired crossbow. Repair or replacement part colors and/or patterns may not match original part(s).

The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly disclaimed.

All disclaimers and limitations of liability shall still apply even if the limited remedy of repair and replacement fails of its essential purpose.

In states where permitted, we assume no liability for incidental or consequential damage or for incidental expenses.

Any action against TenPoint Crossbow Technologies or Wicked Ridge Crossbows based on an alleged breach of this warranty must be brought within one (1) year of the claimed breach.

TenPoint Crossbow Technologies or Wicked Ridge Crossbows liability for breach of warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the product at the option of TenPoint Crossbow Technologies or Wicked Ridge Crossbows.

Cocking Device Limited Five-Year Operational Warranty

Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations outlined below, TenPoint Crossbow Technologies guarantees its cocking units (except for the draw cords and power springs) against defects in materials and workmanship that adversely affect their operation for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase for the original owner.

This warranty only becomes effective if activated by the purchaser within 30 days of the purchase date by completing the warranty card included with the crossbow (or cocking unit if purchased separately) and mailing it to TenPoint Crossbow Technologies. TenPoint Crossbow Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept proof of purchase in lieu of a completed warranty card.

Limitations of Warranty

The warranty will be void if any of the following occur:

  1. The instructions in the owner’s manual are not followed.
  2. The cocking unit or any of its parts are altered from their original state.
  3. Damage is caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect.
  4. Damage is caused by firing a crossbow equipped with an ACUslide or ACUdraw with the string claw positioned in the trigger’s string slot. Or, if damage is caused by firing a crossbow equipped with ACUdraw 50 or ACUdraw 50 SLED hooks positioned on the crossbow’s string.
  5. The ACUslide, ACUdraw, or ACUdraw 50 is installed on a crossbow that is rented or loaned for use by others by a retailer, wholesaler, or shooting range operator, or other commercial business organization, whether or not a fee is charged for its use.

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

Elite Warranty

While new TenPoint crossbow purchases come with a Limited Lifetime Operational Warranty, TenPoint’s Elite Warranty upgrades this standard warranty to a full, “No Questions Asked” 5-year Warranty, which covers all issues and damages, including those induced by improper operation of the crossbow.

*The Elite Warranty must be purchased within 30 days of crossbow purchase, and is not available to buy at a later time.

*The Elite Warranty is only applicable to original owner of crossbow and is not transferrable.

* The Elite Warranty is not available on Certified Pre-Owned models.

* The Elite Warranty is for repairs only – no crossbow exchanges or replacement will be issued.

*This warranty does not cover:

  • Freight costs to TenPoint
  • Labor charges if taken to an authorized service center location
  • Routine string and cable changes
  • Cosmetic issues
