Can I set up a fixed aim point to use in the Garmin XERO X1i in the event the shot happens quickly and there is not enough time to range?

Yes you can. With the speed of most crossbows, we recommend creating a single 25 yard aim point. This will cover shots from 20 to 30 yards. To do this, go to Profiles > Active Profile > Aim Points. You will see a list of calibrated ranges and fixed aim points. Select the “+” sign to add a fixed aim point, with distance and color of your choosing.  Once back on the HUNT screen, a simple tap of the range button or wired trigger will toggle you between the ranged aim point and the fixed aim point.
